“Fabulous apartment”
The location and the aspect of the apartment. It is a light and well furnished. The apartment building is in a quiet neighborhood and easy walking distance to the station and village centre. Communication was generally very good with quick and helpful responses.

“Comfortable, quiet apartment”
The apartment is 15 minutes walk to the lake, canals and the Old Town, and 15 minutes walk to the train and bus stations. It is well equipped and has everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. There is a large verandah allowing for plenty of fresh air. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment is in a quiet location. The host is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions.

“Lovely stay in Annecy”
Lovely apartment just a short walk from the centre of Annecy. Very communicative host with clear instructions for check in. Well equipped apartment and has everything you need. Good view of mountains from balcony. Would recommend staying here.

“Lovely stay with a lot of facilities inside a compact house”
You have a compact room that includes everything you might need for your stay at the lake. Iron washing machines fully packed kitchen to make your own meals by ease. Just a maximum 15 minutes walking by city center and lake. Nothing that will get you out of program. You are going to love it especially as a couple. Really cozy and cute

I had an excellent stay in this flat! The landlord was incredibly accommodating and greeted us with outstanding hospitality. Her passion for Annecy was evident throughout our visit, adding a warm, personal touch to the experience. The flat itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Annecy!

“Cozy apartment in a quiet location :)”
The apartment is clean and well-equipped - the bathroom is functional and comfortable (although the ventilation could be a little more efficient), and you will find everything you may need in the kitchen. Good location - quiet area, within walking distance of the lake, station, and shops. A table and sun loungers were available on the balcony, it was nice to have a meal there in nice weather :) PS, the hair dryer works perfectly! Just keep your hand on the handle at all times, as the touch sensor is located there.

Lovely apartment, has literally everything you could need. 10 min from central and the glorious lake. I forgot my teabags from home and was delighted to find a box of tetley! Top points for that. Great price and a lovely view of the mountains. It can be hectic in the central area so this is nice and quiet. Would go back for sure.
