“Spacious apt in an old industrial area”
It is in a quite area. However the busstop is right in front along the main road, Bus nr.4 that takes you straight to Annecy la Gare in 6min which is perfect! You can also walk to the citycentre which is about 25min. The apt on the 3rd floor is spacious and the loft is nice! It is well maintained, everything works and the floor is clean. And yes you do have a nice view of the mountain and area.

“A clean, comfortable, bright place to stay during our vacation”
The place was very clean and well appointed (appliances, dishes, etc.) and smelled good and was very bright. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The living room was comfortable, with a comfortable couch. The WiFi worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
