The staff on arrival were very helpful and friendly. Underground parking was a real bonus. The room was light and comfortable with everything we needed. Dinner was lovely and the staff were very efficient. Access to Lake Annecy and the old town was great, being only a 5 minute walk from both. A great location being close to the heart of the town.

Modern comfortable hotel with lovely big bedroom, very well designed and thought out. Easy and beautiful walk into Annecy old town along the lake. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Perfect location. Overlooking the lake but only a 5 minute walk into the centre. Decent rooms, lovely terrace, fantastic bakery and restaurant. Professional staff.

Fantastic hotel located within walking distance of the town centre and right on the lake side. You can rent e-bikes from the hotel and cycle the full perimeter of the lake.

Staff were great, nothing too much trouble. Rooms perfectly spec’d out….apart from tea cups too small and crazy hot to hold. Cafe - lovely

“Beautiful stay and even better location”

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed in three hotels while there and this was our favourite. Lovely little bakery in the reception area. So close to everything. Rooms with wonderful views. Really comfy bed. Lifts so fab for anyone not loving lots of steps.

The view of the lake was amazing. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. We had dinner at their restaurant and we were disappointed with the service. They were disorganised. We got one starter after our meal and we kept reminding our order.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Thankfully umbrellas were available to brave the heavy downpours. Nice little bakery attached offering a cheap breakfast option (croissants etc). Good TVs in room with Netflix.
