“Spacious apartment in fantastic location”
Location of the apartment is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to the lake and tonnes of food places and supermarkets on the street below. The apartment is not impact acted by the street noise below It was well stocked and spacious not left feeling cramped with 5 people. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was a big positive for so many! Johann and Sophie were responsive all my questions during our stay

“Fab apartment right in the heart of everything. Great hosts.”
Great location in the heart of the old town, easy stroll to the lake and Annecy's many great restaurants and bars. The apartment was warm (it was January) and comfortable and we could adjust the heating to our needs. The kitchen is fantastically well equipped - one of the best I have ever had in an apartment. The open plan kitchen, diner, seating area makes it a lovely sociable apartment for a family or friends and three double bedrooms each with own shower was a huge bonus. The decor was great, contemporary and stylish and nice objects around to make the place feel very welcoming. I am in my 60s and was travelling with my two adult children to celebrate a birthday. Suited all our tastes and ages. The hosts were very helpful, responding to our questions immediately. Thank you to them.
