“Amazing apartment in excellent location”
Exceptional apartment ideally situated adjacent to Annecy Town. Very clean, comfortable and secure with as the name suggests amazing views from the wrap around balcony. Apartment is managed by 'Concierge du Lac' and I cannot speak highly enough of how professional they were. Everyone I corresponded with was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and replied almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from Lake Annecy and great restaurants and pubs nearby. Amazing views from the balcony. Large comfortable & quite apartment Monoprix supermarket 1 minute away which is great for stocking up on provisions.

Ideally located in the old town, minutes walk from everything , bus and train station are beside each other and is only a 10 minute stroll away. The apartment has excellent views due to the surrounding balcony for views of the town and mountains. The apartment is fully equipped with all services, DBL bathroom and bedrooms is ideal and perfect for a family the washing machine came in handy due to a couple of rainy days. The lift was ideal as the apartment is on the 6th floor. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was quite and no annoying noises from anywhere surrounding us.
