“We would 100% recommend the loft, you want be disappointed!”
Perfect location right in the middle of probably the most photographed and iconic part of lake Annecy. Surrounded by endless cafes and bars, plus just a short walk for the shops we were spoilt for choice. Our host was brilliant, met us at the property and spent time going through everything, even made of list of great places to eat etc couldn't have been more helpful

This apartment is outstanding in absolutely EVERY respect! The space, location, cleanliness and level of comfort and luxury is beyond measure! The host Alexandra was also exceptional, so kind and professional and going above and beyond to explain everything to us, be on hand for us throughout our stay and going out of her way to accommodate our requests! Five stars across the board, cannot recommend highly enough!!!

The apartment is ideally located, from the rooms there is a stunning view of the Pont-Perrier Bridge, from which the view of the island of Castle-Ile (the most photographed place) opens "like in the palm of your hand". And from the beautiful attic you can see the tower of Annecy Castle. The apartments themselves are located in an old house, the details of which have been lovingly preserved and restored. The apartment is 3-storey), a lot of light, air and charm from the combination of materials. Of the pleasant bonuses: a sauna, an individual elevator and a charming hostess! Alexandra is very friendly, friendly and always ready to help. Thanks! The perfect place to relax!

“Great location and cool spot”
The space was great and the location is right in the middle of old town of Annecy. Check-in was easy and Alexandra was very helpful. The loft is cool with living/kitchen on first floor, bathroom first mezzanine and bedroom on top mezzanine. We had a fantastic time there.

Location was unmatched, being able to look out over the canals throughout our stay and being close to everything was invaluable for us. Walking distance to both everything in town, and the lake and cycling trails!

This is an amazing property!!!! The location is perfect, the views from the apartment are amazing! The apartment has everything you could want and more even your own personal lift and sauna!!!! Alexandra met us at the apartment and her welcome was wonderful!!!! Her service is exceptional!

“Huge apartment, fantastic location, and very helpful host”
Huge apartment overlooking main bridge in Annecy with views over canal to the lake and private roof terrace off the bedroom with views towards the old town and the castle. Apartment is on 3 levels, and is accessed by its own private lift, and has A/C, bath, shower and sauna and 2 toilets. Fantastic host provided lots of info before arrival, very easy checkin and out, and available for any questions. Parking at the underground Hotel de Ville car park is a 5 minute walk.

Excellent accommodation in Annecy - perfect, central location with stunning views of the canal and lake, the apartment has everything you could possibly want - beautifully decorated and very large! Alexandria was a most welcoming and helpful host. I couldn’t imagine a nicer place to stay in Annecy - thank you!!
