Great location. Walking distance from the Town centre. The apartment was very clean and big. The kitchen was fully equipped. The rooms were big and the furniture very comfortable.

“A luxury place to stay within walking distance of Annecy town”
The apartment is in a quiet area, 5mins walk from the old town of Annecy It was beautifully clean, tidy and spacious. We loved the lounge diner with excellent kitchen facilités - large fridge freezer, an easy to use dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, small appliances plus lots of crockery, cutlery and tools for cooking. We liked the balcony and space to dry any clothes which we washed. The bedrooms were very spacious, one with an en-suite, and very comfortable beds. The automatic blinds were great. The breakfast, delivered fresh each morning, was excellent.

“Wonderful place”
The host was extremely helpful and friendly. She messaged me in advance to ask what time we would arrive and came to meet us on arrival to give keys and show us around. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast was fabulous. There was a large selection of fresh food. It was a short distance from the centre of Annecy. I would definitely recommend.

“My trip to anncey”
I really liked the villa, it is very spacious and perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Everything is well provided. The service was excellent, especially Alexandre, who was very polite, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend the villa and the staff. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Very comfortable and modern, so close to the old town and great location to explore Annecy, literally 2 mins walk. But nice and quiet in the evenings especially as we had a young child with us.

“Lovely spacious apartment with great customer service.”
The property was very continently Located for the old town. Communication with the agency was very good and our contact who checked us in and was our point of contact was great. We arranged to leave our luggage on day of arrival and departure as we were early/late flights and the agency were very helpful in this respect.
