We spent 3 weeks in the apartment, and it was very comfortable. A major plus for the very well-equipped kitchen – it had everything we needed. The beds in the rooms were comfortable. The apartment is quiet and warm (even despite the lower temperatures outside). There is a large supermarket and bakeries nearby. The city center is about a 20-minute walk away. There are public parking spaces in front of the building. It usually wasn't a problem to find a free one – over 3 weeks of using the car daily, I only had maybe 3 situations where I had to look for a spot elsewhere. But perhaps the biggest asset is the host, who responded quickly to every question, tried to help, and even provided us with a desk for work :)

There is a nearby supermarket for breakfast groceries and the apartment was well equipped. The hosts were very cooperative and no problem with parking.

The location is okay, you can take bus from center directly. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright and airy. Extremely clean! There is ample parking which is key in Annecy when you come by car.

The size of the apartment was perfect for the three of us. Really useful having the dishwasher and washing machine to wash towels after having been at the Lake all day. We hired bikes for three days which made it much easier and fun to get to the Lake (although it is only a 20min walk and there is a free bus a few minutes from the apartment). Sophie and Johann were very helpful in suggesting a bike hire shop. The area is nice too. A small park opposite which leads down to a lovely relaxing water feature area. A good Boulangerie and grocery within a few mins walk. I really liked staying in an area where actual people from Annecy live and then going into the very busy and beautiful old town centre. The children and I really liked having the TV (and Netflix) to watch films together in the evenings.

“Modern comfortable clean, a real home away from home.”

We are a French family of three and our kid is a teenager who needs her space so that is why we chose this appartment because there are two proper bedrooms so everyone has a comfortable quiet space to decompress after a long day of sightseeing. It is very well furnished and we feel really okay here contra with being cooped in a hotel room for the same price or a small apartment which only offers sofa bed. I looked at the reviews and l would add that this apartment is situated in a 70’s flat style not near the tourist spots at all. We have a car so we didn’t mind. There was a supermarket nearby so we just walk to get some grocery. We actually enjoyed having a glimpse of a normal French suburbs and we personally find it very quaint, there are some chicken opposites the flats but they are quiet.Yes the neighbors are sometimes noisy in the night as families goes but somehow that is what comes with apartments, sound, scent and movement. The noise doesn’t last long enough to bother us.But everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and peaceful. For the price it may seems expensive to some but going to restaurants for meals each time is even more expensive , l am very pleased because with a fully functional kitchen l save money as l can heat up some pizzas and soup. I can make some salad and beverages and we can have a calm family meal in a nice dining area. I brought my own Nepresso capsules which is compatible with the machine here. Everything worked very well. I appreciate the washing machine too so l didn’t have to bring alot of clothes. The heaters are new and modern ones, they wonderful and kept us warm and helped us to speed up the drying of our clothes too. Overall, to me, this is perfect for European families who are used to regional traveling and if in right spirit, l am very sure international travelers can enjoy this experience of what a French suburbs looks like.
