“Our stay was good but improvements needed. Basic things like soap etc”

Location. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was good although we didn’t use it. Would have been nice to have so water bottles in the fridge on arrival. Small things make a difference

“Good but not great”

The location is excellent, the bed is good and the washing machine was needed. However no coat hangers, no ironing board and no iron, no instructions as to how to work the dishwasher, oven and washing machine!! They would be very helpful to stop guesswork. Window shutter bangs in the wind at night and no way of stopping it!!

Great location close to the old town area of Annecy with lovely views over the rooftops. The apartment was generally clean and well equipped with easy check-in/out. The staff at the agency were very helpful and responsive to messages.

Optimally situated in town, extremely convenient and fully refurbished, catering to all our needs. All amenities in the well-equipped kitchen, balcony for wonderful rooftop and church views, bathtub, elevator, etc. Interesting restaurants and shops all over.

The apartment was very clean, modern & comfortable. Undercover parking was a 3 minute walk away. We had amazing views & a fantastic location overlooking the old city with glimpses of Lake Annecy.

Pics make it look bigger, poor bathroom expensive for what it was, should have booked hotel instead (with air con)

What was not to like about this stay, the location was perfect with a view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The bed was so comfy and the apartment was well equipped for all our needs and spotlessly clean. The host was available on watsapp at any stage and the parking was 3min walk from apartment was idea also.
