Warm welcome and great communication from Stephane and Fabrice to their immaculate and lovely property. Location 2 minutes walk outside old town, easy secure parking and everything thought of in provisions and comfort. Extremely detailed information for things to do and places to eat in Annecy.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was a really nice surprise to find fruit, chocolates, prosecco and a good selection of coffee pods in the kitchen. Arrival and departure procedures were flawless.

Everything. :) Owners are really nice, they did check in /check out personally, which is always a nice experience when you travel. The apartement is a good size for 2-4 people, really comfortable and it was spotless clean when we’ve arrived. The kitchen is fully equiped and everything there is clean, well mentained and of good quality (starting from kitchen appliances to small things like cutlery, pots and pans). We were expected with fresh fruits (really appreciated!), champagne and water in the fridge. There was also plenty of coffee, tea and small chocolates for our entire stay. The location was perfect for us, only few minutes walk from the historical centre, maybe 10 minutes walk from the train station. Private subteran parking it’s available, which for us is always a big plus. The parking place is a bit narrow, especially for bigger cars. Ours is 4.75 m long and fitted perfectly, but you could check with the owner for longer cars just to be sure. All in all an amazing stay in Annecy. Thank you for everything Stéphane and Fabrice! :)

“Nicestest hosts ever!”

Our hosts were amazingly helpful, especially with assisting my husband driving into and out of the garage. Such a bonus to be able to leave the car for our stay, as buses are free during July and August. Apartment fully equipped with thoughtful added extras, we missed nothing. Coffee, fruit, wine, chocolates all provided. Very classy decor. Area quiet but a very short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants and the lake.

A home from home apartment with lots of personal touches . Well equipped and spotlessly clean . Location to both the Old town and the station within a 10 minute stroll. Excellent communication with the owner , lovely welcome pack of fresh fruit , oranges to juice , coffee and wine.Lovely terrace for breakfast . Would highly recommend , will be back .

Such a spacious apartment with so many special touches; fresh fruit, bubbly, and delicious coffee. Extremely comfortable bed.

The location of the accommodation is really good and the facilities are really great. The host is very kind, considerate, and attentive. If I come back to Annecy, I would definitely like to come back. If you are planning a trip to Annecy, I highly recommend it.

“Very comfortable and well equipped”

L’Appart du 7 is very comfortable, very well equipped and pleasant to stay apartment on the 6th floor, not far away from Annecy old town. Railway and main bus station is just 1km away. We have got Prosecco, oranges for morning juice and bowl of fruits as present on arrival. The apartment has everything you may need and even more! The kitchen is well equipped, enough plates and cups, sharp knifes, Nespresso machine and many different capsules, grind coffee, tea bags, small chocolates, various spices, napkins, oil, etc. It is nice to have breakfast or dinner on the balcony. When we checked in, everything was perfectly cleaned and tidy. Besides huge double bed, a sofa is available in the living room.

The apartment is strategically located about 10 min to Annecy Old Town’s centre, and it makes it very convenient to go on and about. Place is super clean ( never seen anything like it), and with all the comforts needed to make your stay memorable. Fabrice is a super attentive host, very kind and informative. “A super apartment in a good location”

The apartment was in a good location, only 10-15 minutes walk from old town. A lot of attention to detail has been given in detailing the appliances and local area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were provided many complimentary item such as fruit, Prosecco, herbs, spices and other condiments. These all made our stay very easy and able to cook in the apartment. all the equipment provided was an excellent quality. Communication from the owners was excellent giving us the exact location of access to the garage. We were met on site to guide us into the garage and be taken up to the apartment. The garage space is a little tight but very welcome so we could park in a secure space. We have an Audi Q5 so not a small car and we managed fine. All in all a fabulous break in beautiful Annecy.
