“Lovely stay at La Caravelle”
Lovely place to stay with great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the outside space. Maroua was extremely friendly and helpful and arranged access for our arrival. Video showing how to enter the property was really helpful 😊 Location is very close to local attractions with the supermarche just two minutes away. Lovely local pizzeria nearby (Les moustaches de Zebulon), we recommend you visit!!

“Nice and comfortable stay in Annecy close to old town”
The bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen was very useful. The shower was nice but unfortunately the screen door leaks a lot of water all over the floor. We also found the air conditioning a bit temperamental.

Very attractive, cosy, comfortable and modern. A great location. Just 8 min walk to the old ville.

The place is neat, clean , I would say bit was adequate with free parking, comfy beds , nespresso machine , and hot water. Location was good as well 10 mins walk from the old town and restaurants and everything. The guy who opened the apartment for us was not very welcoming however again was adequate. All in all, fine.

“A very unpleasant stay, very arrogant host and horrible experience - probably best avoided”
We paid for breakfast and received none. This accommodation is not worthy of being on booking.com in our opinion because after using booking.com for many years we have only once had a worse experience than this. We were utterly outraged by the arrogant hostess who simply did not assist us on check-out. We would recommend that other travelers carefully consider the pros and the cons of staying here. The place is not as advertised, and the area in which the apartment is found is in the lower class part of town where one doesn't always feel safe in.
