“Don't come here. Stay away.”
There was nothing to like about this place. It was hard to access on a sharp bend almost on a roundabout. The young woman on reception tried to be helpful but this place was a FAIL.

I thought the parking was a great bonus as we were on a road trip. The breakfast area was nice and clean and the choices of food was great. Plenty to choose from.

Amazing hotel, super nice staff (they offered to keep my bags and to have a late night hot chocolate or cafe). Really close to the main areas (beach, trails) and only 30 min walking from old town. Super clean and cozy. Would definitely return!

“Nice stay on the shore of Lake Annecy”
The location is great for a walk on the side of the lake. The breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed ourselves. Overall a very nice stay in Annecy for a young couple. Also it was great that it had a free parking and we didn't have to worry about our car.

“Clean, homely, and friendly”
Exceptionally clean. Great sized room with plenty of space and storage, and as I had a ground floor room I had a little outdoor space too. Shower had good water pressure and the bathroom had a heated towel rail and little hairdryer. The staff were all incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. I didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked great! About a 30 minute walk from the town centre although there was a market shop, boulangerie, and pharmacy only 10 minutes down the road. Lake 30 seconds away!

“Basic, simple hotel. Perfectly adequate for one or two nights.”
Small, but clean room. Comfortable with limited facilities. Very small wardrobe. Decent bathroom. Very friendly staff. Smallish bed. Location is good, right on the lake, but a long walk to the town centre, if you are not very active… which was fine for us. Free parking was good.
