Hotel is located very close to Annecy shops, restaurants and of course the lake. Hotel is clean, comfortable and in a quiet location. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful.

“A perfectly located quiet hotel”

We had a suite which was very spacious and super clean and which included a full-sized fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, sink and electric hob. The bathroom was spotless, had a big bath and shower, and included good quality soap, shampoo and bodywash. The bathrobe and slippers were a welcome touch. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was perfectly located close to the train station, supermarkets, shops and restaurants and only 10 mins walk from the lake. The staff were very friendly, helpful and very sympathetic towards us as a result of our flight delay. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned every day, so you always ame back to a spotless space. The hotel was very quiet and I would definitely stay here again. Annecy itself is beautiful, and this hotel was a perfect base to explore the area.

Beautiful room with comfy bed, quality bathroom fittings (Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe) and gorgeous L’Occitane toiletries. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Underground car parking (at additional cost). Minutes walk from the old town with its plethora of bars and restaurants and the beautiful river.

“Perfect Location”

All staff really helpful. Great location. Room very clean and had all you need, even hooks for jackets which you do not always see. Breakfast was simple but just as you need.

Really nice hotel in a great location - close to the park, the beautiful lake , the shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean. Parking was great, under the hotel. The gentleman at reception were friendly, professional and lovely! Beautiful in room toiletries. On the whole, a good place to stay.

We found the room very small and dark there was a wall with some windows that were directly overlooked so a solid curtain covered the whole wall which was quite clostrophobic The noise from the street below was constant through the night so the windows could not be left open The rate was very expensive for the standard of room and the only facility was a bar area that was only available ftom 6pm Overall I would not recommend the hotel I can only assume , as it has happened before, when you reserve through bookings.com you are allocated a sub standard room

The hotel has a really good location, very friendly staff, and they also offer a garage in the hotel for good price. We enjoyed our stay here.

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Matilda (Mathilde ?) gave us very good and accurate restaurant recommendations. Room was quiet and comfortable. Driving there was tricky because they have changed the road one way directions recently but Google maps haven't updated it yet

“Fab hotel in a good location”

Great room - very large with access to an outside deck. Close to everything (great cafe next door!) and the staff were really friendly. Would recommend this hotel for it's location. It was close to all the attractions, without the crowds. It's close to several shops were you can rent bikes - highly recommend biking around the lake.

Central location. Recently renovated modern and fresh. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was extensive continental style.
