The staff were friendly and very helpful, even when the hotel reception was very busy. I did appreciate that. The room was well equipped and thoughtfully designed, and the AC worked well (it seems some guests had issues with this--thankfully not me).

“In the middle of the old town with lots to recommend it.”
Staff made this place work well for me. The location was great, one of the reasons I chose it, breakfast was great, service was great. The bedroom was a good size, the bathroom was reasonable. Bed was comfortable except for the air conditioning which didn't work during a heat wave. We were given a discount and I was fortunate that I could open my window for some fresh air from time to time. Apart from that, the week went really well and I would highly recommend them - check about the air conditioning.

“Crazy good location, right in the tourist area”
What a great location, central in the main area for visitors. There's everything you need, and not far to the station I was very lucky with my room - immediate to one of the main attractions!

“Great priced hotel in middle of Old Town”
Staff amazing, very helpful. Able to change rooms for 10 euro extra per night. Breakfast was good. Position was just wonderful. Middle of old town and lake 3 mins walk. Bus and train stations 30 minutes away. So many cafe end restaurants near by. Comfy beds and wonderful pillows. Would Def stay again and recommend!!
