“Very nice place to stay in Annecy”

I really liked the location in quiet street. Very clean hotel, comfy bed, nice and super friendly reception staff. Breakfast was not included in the price but was worthy, it was amazing with healthy options and nice French stuff.

“Lovely hotel”

Central but quiet at night. Lovely staff. Compact but clean room. Cleaner in every day. Fresh towels whenever required. Lovely fresh bread, pastries, fruit etc for continental breakfast. Plenty coffee, tea and fruit juice. Left your room key with reception everytime you went out so no chance of losing it. Hotel had someone on reception 24hrs. Small fridge (with water, fruit juice and chocolate biscuits, chargeable) but room for your own water bottle. Also had a safe in the room. The shower in the bath was great. Good pressure and enough hot water for a bath...which was needed after biking round the lake!

Value for money in a beautiful town. Hotel is in great repair and comfortable bed. Elevator worked well and stairs were easy to access. On a quieter street than many hotels I saw.

“Convenient for a short stay”

The location is very convenient. Not quite in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but everything is a short easy walk away. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage in their storage area for the day so we didn't have to carry it around. We also forgot an item after checking out and Mark at the front desk was very helpful in recovering it. The room itself was small but clean and tidy. There was no noise, even though we were next to the elevator, we're very picky about noise!

Both the evening and next morning receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful with car parking and helping us to arrange a (Audi) garage appointment

The staff were very helpful and were available 24/7 which when you arrive late is a blessing. The room was very clean. The shower was hot and powerful. The location was pretty much perfect as it was far enough from the lake to be protected from the wind but close enough to get to it in a couple of minutes. The old town and retaurants are only about 5 minutes away.

Clean, walking distance to main railway station and old town. Friendly staff. We were able to drop our baggages early. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious enough for two.

“A good base for Annecy”

The room was comfortable and a good base for a one night stay in Annecy. It's in the quiet part of town and about 12-15 mins walk to the train station. The bathroom was a good size with a bath tub. It was clean and value for money. There's also a cupboard for your clothes/coats. The staff were polite and warm.
