“Perfect apartment and location for Annecy stay”

Sybille went beyond to make our stay comfortable she is the best host we met on our 9 week trip around Europe. So kind and considerate We loved our stay - the location was perfect. Couple of blocks from lake and easy 29 min walk into old town there is a bus stop out the front though we didn’t use The neighbourhood was charming lots of shops & restaurants closely and the amazing boulangerie downstairs The apartment perfect for a couple has everything we needed included washing machine oven microwave

Sybillie is the perfect host. It is a lovely apartment in a perfect location. Annecy old town is just a short walk along the lake. We fell in love with Annecy and would rate it as one of the best locations in the world perhaps only surpassed by the South Island of New Zealand. My wife wants to return tomorrow!

We greatly appreciated the warm and kind welcome from the host. She went above and beyond to meet us in the evening. The apartment has all the essentials and was really comfortable. Take note that if there is a heatwave, the apartment has no air conditioning. An electric fan is available and it was enough for us. The location is perfect for spending time in the lake and visits around Annecy. Highly recommended!

The host communicated well & met me as arranged. Sybille was friendly & helpful. She made me feel very welcome in Annecy. The apartment is located close to the lake, the quieter end away from the centre of town. The walk to the old town is only about 20 minutes & very beautiful. For me, it was much better to stay here than in the centre of town, where it’s busier. Staying above a boulangerie was a bonus for fresh bread in the morning.

The owners were so helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything you need. Excellent postion just outside the main Annecy central area but still very accessible walking along the lovely lake ..and of course the patisserie and boulangerie down stairs!!!

My 3 night trip was to see Annecy, the lake and the surrounding area. The hosts were delightful, meeting me, helping me with my bags and showing me round the apartment. They also gave me useful information on things to do. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, situated directly above an excellent bakery in a quiet neighbourhood. I had everything I needed to cook. It was a 5 minute walk to the lake front and about a 20 minute walk in to Annecy town. I hired an e-bike to cycle round the lake one day and hiked around the Col de la Forclaz another day, both of which I'd thoroughly recommend.

The owners, Sibylle and Lucas, were wonderful to deal with and the property was excellent. The bonus was that it is located over one of the best boulangeries in Annecy, and close to a number of excellent small shops (chocolaterie, fromagerie, etc etc). The areas is also very quiet and safe. The private off-street parking was only a short away and was a bonus!! Wifi was excellent. If you use the local buses, the no. 5 bus stop is only a few steps away.

Location was excellent. A few minutes walk to the lake and above a bakery frequented by locals (so you know it's good) and open throughout the day and week. Hosts were great with their recommendations and engagements. Perfect spot to launch your explorations of Annecy.
