Perfect location. Right in the heart of the old town, but due to it being through a private courtyard, was quiet and peaceful in the apartment.

Amazing location and so central. The interior was so clean and we had absolutely everything that we could have needed to enjoy our stay. Outside table and chairs was a bonus and we felt completely in the heart of Annecy.

Cosy apartment in a fabulous location in Annecy. At the centre of old town however so quiet you wouldn't know just outside there are so many restaurants at your door step. Great communication also with Julien, kept us informed about when the apartment would be ready as we arrived earlier than anticipated. Would not hesitate to return here if we come back to Annecy, loved it!

Amazing apartment in the historic centre, quiet, comfortable bed, easy access. Everything you need during your stay. Excellent bakery and restaurants nearby. I would choose the apartment next time again.

Excellent location, close to everything but supremely quiet. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, pleasant lighting, spacious, very clean and well equiped. In a word pretty perfect!

This is a best place if you want to relax and the same time dont want to be far from the city center. - First of all, we arrived 6 hours before check-in and asked host if they can make check-in earlier and they actually did! After getting inside we were really suprised how quite and comfortable the flat is despite the fact, that it is located in the city center. - In terms of sightseens the location is perfect: a lot of restaurants and 10 minutes maximum to the main city attractions. - The kitchen zone has a lot of dishes so you can even prepare your own food which is definitely a huge advantage comparatively to hotels as a travelling with company means that someone not eating gluten, someone pork etc. - Additional benefit was a Netflix. After a long impressive day it is so nice to just watch a film discussing it with a friends. - Concerning personal hygiene everything is clean and shampoo with a shower gel was provided by the host, the bed sheets are also clean and matress is comfortable. I guess the curtains are blackout as we wasnt bothered by sunlight or other artificial lights at night and early morning. - In addition I could say that the flat is warm enough which is important as near the lake it is somehow a bit colder than in a river cities. To be honest we enjoyed a lot. In my opinion to get a positive impression from the travel the stay place should be sufficiently welcoming and this flat is definitely covers all expectations. ps. One more point there are a lot of mirrors so no need to wait for someone finishing their make up or dress up. As we were 4 ladies for us it was quite important.
