“Perfect location.”
The location of this property is stunning! The floor plan is fabulous for a large group, family or not, enough room for everyone and separate spaces to have some privacy. Kitchen equipment supplied was good. Stunning garden.

“What a beautiful place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my children and grandchildren.”
Large enough for my entire family without being squashed in. Bedroom layouts were perfect for my children and grandchildren. The location was 10/10. Didn’t need to go anywhere just relax on the balcony and watch the ocean

“Magnificently designed and located house in perhaps the best locations on the east coast of NSW .”
The house has been designed to connect you to the view and location of boat harbour and certainly achieves this . Boat Harbour is a magnificent mix of the best of one mile beach and shoal bay . Boat harbour is also located within 15 minutes from major retailers .

It was a beautiful property with an outstanding view. I ocean swim throughout the year so I loved the easy access to the water.
