They advertise breakfast, so I expected breakfast, not continental breakfast.

The staff forgot to return my driver's license after check in. Made no effort to notify me that they still have my license even when I stopped by to check out. I realized I didn't have my license at the airport and ended up missing my flight and had to purchase another ticket. When I called about my license, the staff did not offer to deliver to the airport or anything but asked me to come back to the hotel to pick up myself. Not even an apology to have caused the trouble. Ended up sleeping at the airport for one more night.

Lovely room and fantastic breakfast

A well appointed microtel in the corporate style, but perfect for what we needed as a bolthole in Ann Arbor whilst visiting family. Breakfast was good but very American standard sweetened fare.

Location is good. Ever green market is close, so we can prepare needed things, this is important for travelers.

I have stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ann Arbor twice over the past four years. Overall, the experience was positive: the hotel matches its price point, and the value for money is good. A couple of times, housekeeping forgot to clean the room, so cleanliness was not always perfect. However, considering the rate charged, I did not expect higher-level service. The rooms have remained the same as before, which in a way is part of the hotel’s charm. There are pharmacies and stores nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute taxi ride to the University of Michigan. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

“Nice rooms for a good rest”

Rooms are good, relatively small but very clean. Love the organization, everything is clearly labeled with local Michigan décor. Breakfast wasn't impressive, but was decent. Check-in process was quick and staff was helpful and friendly.

Everything, it was comfortable stay

“Good stay if you have something in the North Campus and sometimes in the downtown.”

The location is close to the North Campus and some places for shopping and dining. The staff helped me a lot by answering questions as well as borrowing scissors etc. I used a rent a car so the proximity to the free way and a free parking lot are very important. At the same time, I needed to go to the down town Ann Arbor by bus, and the bus service s available. Lastly I enjoyed creating a waffle and eat it.
