Rooms were small , ceiling height was very low . Shortage of staff in hotel . Food was okayish , service needs to be improved of overall hotel . No window in rooms , behind curtains there's wall .

Our family had an nice stay at VITS Shalimar. The room was little spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The highlight was dining at the hotel's poolside restaurant - had a nice breakfast ! Kids enjoyed the pool - well managed - neat and clean! The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend for families looking for a memorable stay with delicious dining options!
