From the front office team to the porters and housekeeping, everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Lugal Hotel is the only place where I consistently feel safe, comfortable, and truly at peace. Thanks to all your staff, I genuinely feel as if I’m in my own home. This time, after my three surgeries, I chose to stay with you again to rest and recover. I sincerely appreciated the housekeeping team’s attention to cleanliness, Ms. Sinem’s kind assistance during breakfast and dinner, and the constant care shown by the rest of the staff in checking whether I needed anything. I would also like to thank Mr. Mehmet at the entrance for helping with my luggage and always asking if I need anything whenever I depart, as well as the lady in security for her warm smile. The only thing that fell short of my expectations was the honeycomb at breakfast; everything else was perfect. Thank you for everything — I look forward to seeing you again very soon.

The view from the room was fantastic Check-in was perfect, although we came late . Check-out was perfect, although we left late. The reception desk team was very helpful. The reception team out door was very helpful.

“The best hotel in Ankara”
This is probably the best hotel in Ankara, facilities such as the possibility of choosing breakfast in two hotels (in the same complex there is also Sheraton), a large swimming pool and spa complex, as well as a huge fitness center make me say with confidence --> it is really worth spending more time here

“Great place to unwind for a few days”
Lovely hotel with good breakfast options. Well located to check out the area but not close to central Ankara - we took a taxi to the Citadel and Museum. Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room fabulous. Room was great. Staff very helpful.
