Hated the experience. The propoerty did not tell us they were on a ramp down before or we would not have booked. Expecting a refund or i wont stay in zostel again

“NO SERVICE NO LIFT NO COURTSEY”
NO LIFT, Lift in not operational since 3 months or more as mentioned by staff, and it was quite hectic as one of our group member was disabled by legs and couldn't climb, AND They were not sorry about it. NO SERVICE - In the name of hostel like vibe, they provide no service and charge equally or perhaps more that same category hotels... !!

“Horrible”
The crowd staying with me was unruly. They came in at 3am drunk making a noise while i was asleep. Truly pathetic experience. Zostel takes anyone to make money without varifying preppie.

As soon as we arrived at the property, the room we got had the smell of smokes and was very dirty. So we decided to leave the proprty.

“The stay was good as the property had good music, indoor sports facilities and reasonably good food.”
The property was lively, breakfast option was available which was good. Table tennis and pool table was available. The stay was comfortable with facilities like laundry, scooty on rent available. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

“Comfy yet electric”
I had an awesome time at Zostel Anjuna. Everyone from staff to my fellow guests were so friendly and welcoming. Even though I went alone, I did not feel alone. It’s a walkable distance from some really cool places and yet is situated in a very peaceful locality. I had a blast!

Nothing liked about the stay , this hostel is just a playhouse for local people the workers used to ruin this plave . Playing loud music and laughing till midnight creating nuisance. Delay in service
