“Good place but the dirty duvet was a let down”
Helpful staff. Nice restaurants and shops on the road. The gym is not too far down the road, which is slightly expensive but still reasonable. Not too far to walk to Anjuna beach. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Nice location and close to restaurants and beach. Vagator is nearby. Staff especially the restaurant and bar manager is extremely good at service, very humble too. Reception folk are good to deal with too. It is a clean property though dated now but has good look and feel. Good food available here.

Staff we very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The swimming pool was well maintained, also the courtyard area was well maintained.
