The breakfast was really nice and the place itself was super cozy and made you feel at home. Honestly the best thing about this place is the amazing staff, that are so helpful and welcomming! We travlled 3 friends together and we really felt safe and at home at Michele's Garden

“Amazing stay we want to come back already!”

Honestly can’t recommend Michèle’s Garden enough, we had an amazing stay here. It’s very peaceful and quiet, in a good location within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, the room was spacious and clean, toilet very clean. However the stand out for us was the staff and the breakfast! Everyone was so kind and friendly, helped us out with any query like booking taxis and renting a scooty. The breakfast was delicious and made the stay great value for money.

“A fantastic stay at a beautiful guest house”

This was my second stay at Michelle's guest house and it is by far my favorite place to stay in Goa. The rooms are lovely and very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Michelle Gerald and Dunbar are so friendly helpful and welcoming, I look forward to staying again when I am next in Goa

“Garden paradise in the mayhem of Anjuna!”

Michele’s has a beautiful garden! It’s very peaceful and a nice change from Anjuna beach.

A really cosy and super confortable and beautiful place to rest in a quiet area with restaurants close by. Amazing breakfast too

“Very disappointing”

Paid ₹6,500 for two nights, and honestly, it was absolutely not worth it. The balcony wasn’t even cleaned before our arrival, there was just one small dustbin (that too inside the washroom), and a random carpet placed there for no reason. The lady owner refused to get our room cleaned saying “our cleaning time is over” — and had this extremely judgmental attitude, as if she wasn’t happy having Indian guests. The next morning, her husband started calling and rushing us to check out. It was only 10:20, and we clearly mentioned we’d leave by 11:20 max (checkout time is 11). He said fine — but then when I went alone for breakfast at 10:30 (which is served till 11), he made a comment saying “abhi 10:30 toh ho hi gaya hai, but theek hai aa jao.” Completely unnecessary tone, as if doing a favor. While I was still eating my breakfast (poha and tea), I overheard them telling another couple that since we’re checking out, they’ll move the couple’s luggage into our room — even though I was still sitting there and my partner was in the room! Then the owner again came up to me mid-bite and said, “Dekho thoda jaldi karo.” Like seriously, who does that? Thankfully, even the couple told them there’s no rush since they’re going out for the day. The entire experience was just pathetic — zero hospitality, zero manners, and an obvious “we got your money, now we don’t care” attitude. I’ve stayed in budget and luxury places across Goa, but never seen such arrogance from hosts. Would never recommend this property to anyone.

Breakfast was extreme,y good. A very varied menu. I enjoyed them all.

The place itself is so lovely. Perfectly located within a short walk from the main beach. We were welcomed with coffee and free water throughout. Honesty fridge which was great. Breakfast was spot on with a decent choice and felt a bit sociable which was nice. Everything done in a gentle manner which is a nice break from the chaos of main Anjuna. Upon discovery of my partners love of mushrooms they were out getting extra mushrooms for his breakfast. The whole place just felt incredibly comfortable. We even got homemade cake on New Year's day! A lovely, homely feel with complete freedom to come and go as you please

A beautiful place to stay in North Goa. We were made to feel so welcome. All of the staff were very friendly, as were the dogs. We stayed in the garden room, and it had all the provisions we might need. The breakfasts each morning were also delicious.

“Recommended stay in Anjuna”

Comfortable and clean property, with friendly dogs and cats strolling around. Absolutely wonderful owner and staff. This was my third stay at Michelle's Garden Guesthouse La Vie En Rose and we will definitely come back.

Such a glorious garden residence, with a heritage charm. Large room and balcony in a quirky yet charming decor. Great coffee and breakfast and lovely staff. Situated in a quiet location about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Gerard was a really positive person with his friendly persona and help. I asked for directions and quickly got last.Brini who works there, I hope I spelt his name correctly, appeared on his mo-ped, and gave me a lift. Honestly amazing. The breakfast was great. The taxi, Mandy, was waiting at there airport at 4am, flight was delayed, this did not matter. He was awaiting my arrival. Thank you Everyone. I have a problem remembering everyone's names but the owners Son and his wife were lovely people as was the lovely lady who also cooked my most delicious breakfast. 10 out of 10.
