In a great part of anjuna within reach of some nice restaurants and yoga places. Not far from the beach but far enough away from the crowds. Lovely pool and relaxing vibe.

Gorgeous grounds and heritage building - the Manager took me on a tour and told me about the history. Great food. Friendly staff - Diego was especially welcoming. Stunning pool. Comfortable beautiful rooms. Its a little oasis of peace and quiet

Lovely place with great rooms surrounded by beautiful well maintained gardens. The food is OK, Swimming pool is clean and very inviting. The staff are fantastic and attentive, (special shout out to Diego there.) Location is out of the way but not too far from what you need. Price fot the hotel is a but above what you expect to pay in Goa but worth it due to the quality of the place I suppose. Landlord (Jay) is sound enough, always up for a chat and very accommodating. Not sure who the Lady is who also seems to be in charge but she needs to lighten up a bit and only smiles or interacts when there's money involved. :( All in all. Great place!

A very special place where you feel right at home and very relaxed. Gorgeous big swimming pool in beautiful gardens and excellent service from Diogo including breakfast on our private veranda.

The property itself was lovely and our room was clean and cosy. The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay, especially when I had fallen ill. They went out of their way to get me medication and check on me which is greatly appreciated. We would 100% stay here again.

The generously spaced rooms around the old cottage, around the pool, and meandering underneath and within the green foliage makes this hotel a peaceful stay for visitors of all kinds. Couple, families with children, and even a solo traveller can find congenial space.

Overall good

Comfortable old fashioned stay without any stress. Excellent outdoor area with ample parking and a nice little pool. Nice friendly staff.
