The semi private beach makes it a great location for a torist stay. The suite was clean, modern design, with a comfortable bed. There is easy parking if you have a vehicle The staff were friendly and helpful

Staff were absolutely brilliant. Unbelievably helpful. Really good pool and right on the beech. Located in nice suburb with some shops. Recommended, despite some issues.

“False advertising”

The property was next to a boat storage place and in a fairly desolate location, pretty run down neighbourhood. The location is not good as there aren’t any restaurants around or any beaches to swim in You can’t swim in the sea outside the hotel since the water is so dirty. The only places where you can actually swim is only accessible through boat tours to the different islands. To get to any restaurants or boat tours you have to take a 15min Uber to the local mall. The room was on the second floor, shared with 3 other rooms in a small space. The room was tiny and barely big enough for 1 person never mind 2. The air conditioning also broke and the shower was also not working and had very little water pressure, hot water also not working. When we enquired about it, the staff told us just to wait or the repair person to come. We had to move rooms for the repair person to come and when we our Uber had come to leave for a trip they wouldn’t let us leave until we moved everything back into the original room. Downstairs area was also shared amongst the 3 rooms, with all the amenities shared. Fridge, stove, living room, a bathroom, and very little cutlery. The breakfast was one roll, one slice of cheese one piece of ham and a rotten banana and coffee per person. Below par and definitely not worth the amount they charge. The pool looked clean, but was next to the shipping yard. To sum it up, what is advertised is most definitely not what you are getting. This is false advertising.

“Nightmare”

The hotel staff attempted to charge multiple credits cards in almost 1mil USD each time. Not accounting for the exchange rate and resulting in multiple cards being locked. The tv in the "villa" was not present, wire just hanging out of the wall. There was no coffee maker or serving ware in the kitchen. We ate out of a pot with the one piece of cutlery supplied which was a fork. It is brand new but clearly they never finished prepping the space for guests. There was also a weird mold on the wall of the bedroom. We opted to leave the property after one night and they hotel charged us for a full stay. Do not recommend.
