Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Upon arrival, the concierge was incredibly helpful with our luggage and took everything to the room while we completed check-in. The hotel itself feels intimate and boutique, perfectly located in the city center restaurants are just a short walk away. That said, the fine dining restaurant downstairs is a must-try; the food was exceptional and the chef’s professionalism truly stood out. A special thank you to Beatrice, who was outstanding warm, attentive, and highly professional. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and the effort the staff made to create a memorable experience was beyond anything we expected. It was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended we can’t wait to return.

“This is the best hotel in the Azores”

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was so genuinely caring that by the end of my stay, I was left with a tender, friendly warmth, long hugs, and a reluctance to say goodbye. The entire restaurant staff, including the chef, receptionists, and housekeeping staff, were so attentive and caring. Jose, in particular, was like an old friend. The entire interior, the room amenities, the toiletries, the pillow menu, the bedding, the restaurant, the lobby, and the gym—everything was of the highest quality. The breakfast, the sparkling wine from the mainland's own winery, and the dinners in the restaurant, which only opens at 7:30 PM, is open three to four hours a day, five days a week, and the chef comes out to serve your meal—all of it was fantastically delicious. Rooms were sometimes cleaned twice a day, and every request and issue was resolved within minutes. It's a rare occasion when the staff often anticipates a guest's needs, providing exceptional service.

We thought the hotel itself was really nice. Very new and very classy. Beautiful decor and absolutely lovely staff. The breakfast was incredible. The location is perfect for Angra and note there is free parking about 5minute walk from the hotel.

This is a newly opened hotel with a beautiful interior and superb customer service. All the staff were very kind and welcoming, happy to help with any requests. Beatriz kindly organised a late check out for us which we greatly appreciated and special thanks to Jose who was particularly friendly and made us feeling very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Modern hotel in a historic building in the center of Terceira. Comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Airport transfer service is available, as well as guest parking — especially valuable during the high season. Delicious breakfasts are served in the garden. The hotel also features a spa and a swimming pool.

We received an amazing welcome from the staff, especially Beatriz who's been simply the best hostess ever. The hotel opened a week before we arrived so everything was spotless. The hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated, the atmosphere is ideal. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa, the breakfast was very good too. A perfect stay in Angra, thank you again Beatriz!

“The place to make you forget your workplace until you have to go back”

The overall experience was delightful. The location is really good, close to the beach and to the main restaurant streets. Staff was exceptionally kind and offered all kinds of help as to what to visit and the good places to eat! A very good point also is that kids were only allowed to use the pool until a certain hour so people could actually relax without kids noises all the time.

The bed was very comfortable and we slept very good. The air conditioning worked very well and most of all very quiet. The room was very clean and the shower very nice. The location of the hotel is very good.
