“A tranquil palace of peace”
The house and the garden were beyond my expectations. For 4 days it felt like we lived in an exquisite palace with chique interior and a breathtaking green area with a pool. The staff were sweet and very helpful. They gave us a few tips about places to visit when the weather wasn't so nice. The breakfast was delicious and with good variety of food. I can't help but mention the garden again It's a place that sets your mind to peace and is a feast to look at, smell, and hear. It felt like I could spend hours there. All in all, I can't imagine a better location to stay at.

“Peaceful location and relaxing room”
Breakfast was nice. The room was very comfortable, and having the washer dryer was very useful after two weeks travelling. Being just that little bit outside of town made the location nice and quiet.

“Fantastic peaceful hotel”
Fantastic hotel. My 9 year old daughter absolutely loved it and she wants to go back. Great swimming pool. Wonderful garden. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

We had a lovely suite which was very comfortable. Bottle of wine in room on arrival was a treat. Lovely high ceilings and good air con unit in bedroom.

“Worst 4 star hotel we ever been”
We did not receive the apartment we paid for; instead, we were given two standard rooms, and no one informed us about this change in advance. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was disappointing. There were no cakes, brioches, or pastries available, and one morning, there wasn't even any jam. On another morning, we found ants infesting the entire table where the fruit and other foods were displayed. Additionally, all the products served were pre-packaged and not fresh. Cleaning Service: The quality of the cleaning service varied depending on who was responsible. On some days, we received four towels, while on others, we received six. Dish cleaning was not included, and one day, the cleaning staff accidentally took the air conditioning remote control. Moreover, in one of the rooms, the air conditioning did not work properly. Finally, as the hotel is used as a wedding venue, we were disturbed by loud noise outside our room late at night, with people shouting well past 1 AM.

“Super comfortable hotel, beautiful pool, ideal place to visit Terceira!”
The breakfast was fine and quickly replenished if something was missing. Very friendly service! Great location to visit the island from this address. Also 7 minutes drive from the harbor and historic center. Magnificent swimming pool that we used every day with pleasure.

The place is wonderful, a big garden full of flowers and plants, a beatiful swimmingpool. Room was big and the bathroom too, clean and comfortable...the bed extra!!!!! Hotel stuff is so kind, friendly and professional. Interiors are very nice...
