“Great place to stay in the wonderful island”
Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the ocean view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. All food was mage from local products (jam, bread, cheese, granola). The Helena and her husband are super nice hosts. They told us a lot about the island and things to do there. Great location, all amenities in the room. So I highly recommend this place to stay in island.

The hosts were very nice and forthcoming. They made you feel at home. It is in a very central position in Angra. The breakfast is very good with local products such as cheese and honey and fresh fruits.

We stayed at Memória Charming House and were absolutely delighted! The hosts are incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly people who genuinely care for every guest. The food was amazing—each dish was lovingly prepared with high-quality ingredients, so we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. Everything was spotless, tidy, and the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, friendly, and flawless stay!

The entire team was very welcoming and super attentive. It started from the messaging beforehand to the arrival (welcome message in our language) and lasted during the stay (they shared tips and anecdotes over breakfast).

Comfy clean and central bed and breakfast. Hosts Helena, Sergio and reception team were fantastic and provided 5 star service with our late check in and tips about the island. Breakfast was good with local products and could be had on an outdoor terrace.

“Beautiful B&B (confusingly named "Hostel") with the most amazing owners and staff”
This exceeded every expectation. The owners and staff were friendly, extremely helpful with tips and arranging reservations for a guided tour in town. Their care for you as a guest starts even before you arrive by sending thorough, useful information on how to get to the house and where to park (we would have been lost otherwise, as our plane was quite late and we were sleeping on our feet by the time we got on the road). The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean (and I'm quite nitpicky regarding cleanliness). The breakfast was lovely, genuinely local if, like everywhere in Portugal, a bit skewed towards the sweet (nowhere else have I seen yogurt served sweetened). I truly hope to get back to Angra one day just to stay here again.

“Quaint Hotel Stay”
This was better than most hotels! Clean rooms and very helpful staff, always willing to give personalized ideas and suggestions on things to do around the island. Provided breakfast alternatives to accomodate allergies, upon request, which was very appreciated. 5-star service with family-style charm. Highly recommend!

“Amazing stay”
Helena and her staff, Beatriz and Sofia were wonderful. We had a terrible experience with he airline to Azores and despite us missing one night in our planned stay they went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and welcome. Their kindness, wisdom in guiding us on what to visit were key for us to enjoy our time in lovely Terceira

“Perfect Stay”
Everything. The room was large and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect. We could walk everywhere in Angra.
