“Needs redesigning and renovations”
I like the lay out of the room from the small living and kitchen room, bathroom and bed was okay to sleep. The place am sure once upon a time had it's charm compared to how it is now. It has a pool and staff that maintains cleanliness in the area. Staff were attentive and helpful with carrying my luggages and things. It's like a studio type apartment. It has fridge and you can cook there but I strong smelling food is not allowed. No deposit fee.

Reasonable accommodation at that price level. There is an indoor swimming pool which is a nice addition. The location was good. Just a short trike ride to the SM mall. I had no issue with cleanliness.

“Worst place to stay. I don’t recommend it”
I do not recommend this place. The room smelled like sewage. Bugs were everywhere. Extremely noisy outside. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Paid for two days but left after one. They don’t give refunds because once you see the place you would not want to stay there.

When I on the way to the hotel, my phone got robbed. The staff just asked me to pay as soon as possible. Eventually, I asked her to call police, she said I should go to the police station by myself. I asked her how to go to the police station, then she replied to me impatiently. I have been in PH more than 10 times. I never met such unhelpful staff, even in budget hotel. The area is extremely unsafe, and I also saw some customers send out the prostitute. It's not recommended for family or couple. The facility is also very old.
