Beautiful views and a quiet, comfortable, and peaceful hotel. Staff looked after us very well. Excellent English spoken for those a little shy with languages. A lovely pool for an afternoon dip. Good parking and help with luggage. Great restaurant, with plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meals. Also options for different two-course menus, as well as 3/4 courses. Close to Anduze.

We had stayed at La Porte des Cevennes before and it was even better than we remembered. The location is great, with amazing views from our room and the panoramic lounge. The indoor pool was superb. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Loved 'Croquette' the cat! The food at dinner was exceptional! Every mouthful was delicious. We definitely aim to return one day.

The location was superb and the hotel made excellent use of it with a wonderful large deck to sit on and enjoy the view. The swimming pool was a real bonus in a very spacious area with a view. The dinners and breakfasts were excellent. The room and bed were very comfortable and very clean. We would love to stay here again.

Room had nice balcony. Bed comfortable. Space for luggage. Dinner was well prepared. Vegetarian dish very good. The dining/breakfast terrace was very pleasant with "un panorama imprenable"

Fabulous terrace with amazing view for breakfasts and dinner, very good dinner (wine a bit expensive), lovely heated pool with view and sunbathing terrace, excellent staff. Several little corners and courtyards for a drink. About 5 minutes drive to Anduze (not recommended for walking, busy road).
