“Wonderful stay with kind host and delicious breakfast”

Marco is a great host and will do anything to make sure you have an amazing stay. He will provide you with clear directives to reach the cabin and will pick you up with his vehicle if you don't have a 4x4 to reach the location (which is necessary). We were greeted with some juice upon arrival and received a small briefing about the facilities. The cabin has a comfy bed and is located in a peaceful environment and is a great location for hiking and stargazing. The breakfast was delicious and A LOT 😄 If you're looking for a nice getaway in the middle of nature then this is definitely the perfect spot!

Peacefull, heavenly quiet, very good cooking from Nana, breakfast lunch and diner, very good price quality! Marko and his parents are great, always prepared to help. Perfect way to relax and read! You can leave your car at a safe place and marko will drive you up the dirt road :-)! You will meet cows, horses, sheeps and goats walking by your vcabin! Great to have met you and wish you all the best!

The place is fantastic for those who love nature and tranquility. Marko was always very helpful and attentive, and his mother prepared a simply delicious dinner and breakfast for us. Getting there is a real adventure – with a city car it’s not easy to reach, but Marko stayed in constant contact with us and we arranged a safe meeting point. From there, he drove us to the accommodation in his own car. An authentic, welcoming, and unforgettable experience.

Amazing location, valley in the woods. Quiet and peaceful with magical vibes. Marko and family were great host, easy to communicate with and very friendly. Nana made us unforgettable meatballs. We also tasted cow cheese she made and cabbage from her garden. An amazing experience for us. We are definitely going back there. Thank you.

Marko, family and best friends are very friendly and welcoming. Cheese, potatoes and eggs from his family farm. This is the place to stay to be close with nature, stunning views, perfect place for hiking, close to the lake, great for quad and horse riding. Just perfect, in the middle of nowhere. Accommodation is very clean, warm water in the shower, and a fresh duvet. Everything you need for a holiday reset. We love nature, trees and calm surroundings.

very hospitable family, even when it was nobody there only me, they came to arrange everything. They also organized the dinner for me.. There is also spare kitchen in the main building. I walked there from the National park and the views are very nice if you go bit uphill. Huts are in calm place. The road to the hut can be tricky if you are with car, for the last one km, as I walked for me was normal. I got Easter eggs as well, so nice 🙂

“Amazing experience”

We had an amazing stay to be greeted with snowfall in the morning. Marko is really friendly and his mother Nana made really nice food for us. The chalet has good warming source, WiFi, tv. The big house just outside has the bathroom facilities and kitchen. If you want real natural experience book this place. Reaching it might be a bit tricky but Marko will help you reach the spot correctly and he will take you in his 4x4 to the chalet. The last few meters is off-road so had to leave the car in the parking place down the mountain but it is safe. Over all we had An amazing time

Sve je bilo odlicno, od komunikacije sa vlasnikom koji nam je pomogao da pronadjemo kolibu, posto smo stigli kasno nocu pa je nismo videli sa puta. Koliba je udobna i preslatka. Lokacija je idealna za ljude koji zele da odmore od grada, buke i guzve. Cist vazduh, zvuk ptica i prelep pogled. Takodje, oko kompleksa preko dana dolaze kravice da pasu koje su druzeljubive i nama upotpunile planinski dozivljaj. Zajednicka kuhinja je super opremljena. Sve je za svaku pohvalu, idealno za odmor, nama je bilo prelepo!

“Cosy and beautiful!”

It was so secluded and cosy! Marko made us feel very welcomed and showed us around when we got there. We got to see some of the most amazing views and it was a real beautiful adventure to get there. Would book again if I was back in Montenegro. Special mention to Restoran Cardak as the people there helped us when we couldn’t find the exact location to the chalet.

The stay was great, we liked everything. The view is amazing, you can see mountains and drink coffee looking at them — perfect! At night you can see the stars, a lot of stars, it gives such a relaxing vibe. And this peaceful and quiet atmosphere helps to clear the mind and have a full rest!❤️ The huts are also comfortable , you have everything that you need: beds, shelves, TV, table and chairs (outside) Hosts are friendly, offer tea and coffee, homemade food was delicious. There are lots of routes to walk nearby, even one nice fish restaurant.

Everything. The location is amazing, completely undisturbed. We went horse riding to the top of the hill with incredible views in every direction and finished the day with a home cooked meal, followed by a homecooked breakfast in the morning. The price was great for what we had and the owners couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. Would highly recommend

Koliba is a secluded stay up in the hills surrounded by magnificent views. Marko and his family were very welcoming and accommodating, we loved our stay.

I was the first guest this year, travelling in March 2024. Marco brought his family to help him get everything up to his standards as the huts are very remote. He picked me up in Andrijevica and we drove to the huts together. He truly is ambitious to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Even though he doesn't speak English and I don't speak any Balkan language, we were able to communicate easily through gestures and google translate. The huts have a beautiful view of the mountains. You get a full kitchen in the main house, running hot water for showering, a heater in your hut, a fridge and Marco's mom gave me a very tasty welcome juice drink. They offered more & also alcoholic drinks, but due to a doctors note I unfortunately am not allowed to drink right now, which is especially unfortunate, when you have such a welcoming family around you. The huts are extremely good price-value and I will come again, when I come to Montenegro again. Bringing all my friends for a hike.
