“Very welcoming, absolution to every problem”
Well placed, good parking, friendly and helpful staff. Had a problem with the air-con. Because it was a weekend they could not resolve it so changed our room and gave us an upgrade - all whilst we were traveling. Excellent customer service from every member of the team with which we had contact.
