Friendly staff sitting by the open fire even though they used palettes instead of real wood. The staff made us feel welcome and we ordered pizza which they arranged for us as they didn't do dinner.

“Great place to stay”
I have nothing to complain about regarding the place. I paid about £150 for one night and, compared to other citys, I found it expensive. The hotel doesn’t offer anything special to justify this price; however, I understand that this may be because the place is small and there are limited accommodation options in the town. The receptionist who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 15–20 minute walk from the city centre and is very close to the national bus station. Very comfortable mattress and pillow. I recommend staying here.

“Very dog friendly and very nice staff”
Nice clean room great views of the football stadium. They were very dog friendly and loved our dog. Great service highly recommended for a decent price.

“Nice view and the fireplace”
The room was big enough with a nice view of the mountains. There were two beds, a small table and shelves. Also we had a bathroom with a bathtub. The fireplace near the reception looked nice.
