My stay in Andorra was exceptional. The beauty of this country is hard to describe in words, but what really made my time in this special place was the hospitality of all the staff at Comtes d’Urgell Hotel. The location of the place, warm staff and cozy room was all 10/10! I will definitely be back - Andorra. If you are contemplating where to stay, this place will most definitely not disappoint! “Cheap budget luxury alternative”

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic! I loved the breakfast with plenty of different options! I got upgraded so my room was a lot bigger than initially what I booked but still the room was very nice!

“A good stay”

Located close to the center. The room was spacious and a selection of beds to sleep in the room i was staying in. Place had an elevator to go up in which was convenient and had a good selection of channels on tv. Staff was helpful and there are shops and restaurants nearby for shopping and such and there are also some interesting landmarks nearby for viewing such as bridges and such. The bathroom had some good utilities to use and shower was fine.

Location was convenient and close to the centre.

“A perfect choice for solo travellers in Andorra”

This was an excellent choice in Andorra - much better than I expected given the budget price. Everything looked premium - even the aroma in the lobby was nice. My single room was small, but very comfortable, and with everything I needed, including a spotless en suite bathroom. Good lighting options, as well as a large window (with blackout curtains). Staying in Escaldes is better than Andorra La Vella, it's much prettier, and calmer, with nearby restaurants and groceries. You're five minutes walk to the Caldea Spa if you're planning to go there, and 15 mins to Pont Paris/Dali Sculpture. Special mention to the reception staff who were friendly, efficient and went above and beyond at check out, giving me water for my trip, and helping me to find the pick up place for my bus to return to France after construction work closed the road leading up to the hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to book again..

Staff were very friendly and profesional. Room were pretty spacious and newly renovated with usb charging station as we did not expect to spend the night in Andorra and we did not bring our phone chargers.

Great variety of foods both for breakfast and dinner Receptionists speak multiple languages and are willing to assist you Polite and professional personnel in the restaurant
