“The staff sucks. Are rude and stole $250 from us”
Absolutely nothing. The guy at the desk came to our room. Said my wife was smoking cigarettes. Kicked her out. Fined her $250. And made her stand outside in 32 degree weather to wait for me to get there. Heres the thing. We dont smoke cigarettes or anything else for that matter. So how was she smoking. Its disgusting. We told him it smelled like marijauna. . Before we ever went into the room. He yelled at her. Called her a liar. She tried to explain to him she dont smoke. It was absolutely ridiculous and a horrible stay. Those people should not be in customer service

“Horrible”
There was no breakfast and the place was bad !!!!!!! Partying all night everything was run down not once in a week did they clean the room or bring clean towels.. there was dried blood on the door !! The carpet was discussing!!! I’ve stayed in some real dives but this was the WORST
