“Andermatt lovely mid alpine stop over.”

“Special mountain spot”
Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Only shame was restaurant was closed as we stayed on a Monday night. Would be helpful if this was stated more clearly in the information on Booking.com

“Lovely hotel close to Gemstock”
Breakfast was great, wonderful spread. room was warm without being overheated. staff were freindly. young lady helped carry bags to room as no lift.

“Good with an exceptional restaurant”
The room was overall fine, the restaurant was exceptional (best food and service we had in a very long time - this was the highlight. We loved the lady who served us). We also appreciated the man who helped us check in and carried our bags up the stairs. The room was clean and loved the bathroom.

“Value for money”
Very friendly staff, as well in the restaurant and also at check-out. We had an issue with our bill, but Nina did everything to resolve it and was able to fix it quickly, which was really appreciated!

“Good value in Andermatt”
Helpful staff and a good breakfast. There is no lift but Maria kindly helped us take up our bags. The suite on the 3rd floor was spacious and very well equipped. We liked the tea and coffee makers in the room.
