Overview
This central Andenes accommodation overlooks the Norwegian Sea and harbour. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with free coffee or tea. Free WiFi, an art gallery and shop with local handicrafts is available on site. The units are located in 2 house by the sea. The apartment has an open-plan room with a fireplace, dining area and large flat-screen TV with cable channels. The guest rooms feature access to shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. All have a sea view. Guests can enjoy Apartment Kristina’s garden with a BBQ and terrace, along with on-site bicycle rental. Parking is free. From May - September, the ferry connects to Gryllefjord and the ferry terminal is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, while the Andenes Lighthouse is 5 minutes’ walk away. Other area activities include fishing and whale watching tours.

“Great value for money”
Perfect place for a short stay in Andenes. The room was basic but everything was fine and clean. There is a washing machine (and a tumble dryer) that can be used with a small fee.

The apt is large and comfortable, very well located in a town that offers very few apart from the whale safari that we were not able to do due to weather conditions.

The structure was central. We could park in front of the building for free and the host was kind enough to provide a crib for the baby. Despite toilets and showers were shared with other guests we did not have any issue with this (very clean and free when needed). There was a kitchen but we did not use it. However this could be very useful given that there are literally 3 places where to eat in the centre of Andenes.

“very convenient location!”
We were a group of 8 (4 moms with 4 kids) and stayed in a two-bedroom apartment plus two rooms in a hostel-style building. The two-bedroom apartment was great, with almost everything we needed. The two hostel rooms were more basic, but at this price point, we didn’t expect much more. Overall, the stay went smoothly, the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. It was less than 20 minutes on foot from the airport, and only about 10 minutes’ walk to the meeting point for our whale-watching tour, About 5 minutes to a supermarket where you can get daily supplies.

“Such a unique stay!”
We had a very nice room with sea view, a big, comfy bed and slept very well. The house is such a unique piece of history, you can find so many interesting things and pictures! Sitting downstairs with a cup of tea, enjoying the silence and the atmosphere, is for sure one of my top memories from Andenes! Thank you for opening this magical place for us tourists!

The location is very good, we had two bathrooms, one for the shower and one for the toilet and we didn't have to wait. It has a kitchen, parking space and everything you need and the staff was very nice.

“Works for one night.”
Location was very central to city centre, restaurants, and ferry to Senja. Room was simple, but had enough space, was clean, and sheets were nice. Lots of common space with a big couch, and ample kitchen. The night we were there had a little garden party. Enjoyed that and knitting store in office.

“Noisy, bright, sleepless, water made me quite sick, ruined my holiday.”
There are multiple houses, one is a very old home rented out like a hostel. Good reviews are from the other houses. Suggest old home be marketed as a point of interest/heritage home and rented out as a single unit.
