Large clean apartment with everything we needed. We were able to take our car early to ferry. 10 - 15min walk to ferry. Aager was very accommodating.

We only stayed 1 night, and it was perfect. Comfortable bed and quiet. Close to Senja ferry and facilities in Andenes.

Independent ground floor of the house (host lives on 1st floor), spacious with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living/dining. On-site free parking. Friendly host (very proactive with communication), received us in-person on arrival and showed us around, flexible check-in Centrally located, also a short walk to the whale safari offices

Because we were very dissatisfied with our previous accommodation, we decided at the last minute to add an extra night on Andøya. We were very lucky to find this place. The host, who is a retired navy officer, was extremely welcoming and even greeted us at the door, which immediately made us feel happy and at ease. The house feels very warm and cozy, with a truly usable simple kitchen and a very comfortable bedroom. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant.

Everything. The host was beautiful. He drove us to the wharf early morning to our car to catch the car ferry. Accommodation is throughly recommended for anyone staying in Andenes. Perfect.

The owner of the house welcomed us very well, a very kind and friendly gentleman. It was a lovely experience staying in a typical Norwegian house, very clean and with all the amenities. We recommend it!

The apartment is large and homely. Good location for restaurants, supermarkets or the seafront from where the tours depart (all within 10 minutes walk). The beds were comfortable.The kitchen is basic but adequate for our needs. The owner is very nice and helpful, and kindly allowed us to check in early.

Is like a home, perfect decoration and comfortable sofa, also nearby is easy to chase the northern light

“Charming home, lovely place to catch a breath.”

It’s such a charming home. Really spacious, full of old knick knacks, lamps, large windows, comfy seating and a really comfy bed. It’s just a 15 min walk from the airport, the supermarket is 2 mins away and some fabulous cafés and restaurants a 5 mins walk. The host, Age Mathisen is really sweet, warm and welcoming. And Andenes itself is lovely. We had an absolutely lovely, restful stay there.

“Good place for a short family stay”

Great central and quiet location, friendly host, and spacious apartment. It has 4 sleeping places but since one bed is quite wide, 2 of our kids could easily sleep together (we stayed here with 5). Easy parking in front of the door.
