Everything - very spacious, very clean and comfortable with a nice view out over the countryside. Breakfast was exceptional with fresh bread and croissants along with home made jam and freshly squeezed orange juice. Great value accomodation.

we went there with our 2 kids and Sylvie was a great host from the beginning til the end. The breakfast she prepared was the best we had in France and her kindness wend beyond our expectations as normally we do not feel that comfortable in France with kids :) I recommend this place to everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at L'Anctovilliere, a beautiful landhouse that exceeded my expectations in every way. The two-room apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished, with a cozy bedroom featuring a shower. The pool was a lovely bonus, open to guests from 5-8 pm, although I must note that its depth of 2.20m might not be suitable for very young children. However, for families with older kids or adults, the pool was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding area. Speaking of which, there are plenty of interesting places to visit within a 100km radius of Anctoville. Some highlights include: - The historic city of Rouen, with its stunning cathedral and medieval architecture ( approx. 70km) - The picturesque village of Honfleur, with its charming harbor and artistic heritage (approx. 90km) - The beautiful Normandy coast, with its stunning beaches and scenic views (approx. 80-100km) The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the landhouse was peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend L'Anctovilliere to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the Normandy region. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at L'Anctovilliere and would definitely return in the future. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!

“Beautiful home, fantastic stay, great find”

The host and hostess were very friendly and welcoming. The house is very beautiful, our room, lounge and ensuite were spotlessly clean and to a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. There is a pool which is great to cool off in. The continental breakfast is exceptional, with the addition of homemade yoghurt and jams. This is a really beautiful place to stay, with a very warm welcome, I highly recommend a stay here.

The hostess was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The house and garden is lovely, The room very comfortable with good facilities. A lot of care was taken in preparing an excellent breakfast, with home made yoghurt and jams.

The location is bit far from the center. But good place to stay.

Exceptionally friendly hostess, beautiful house and rooms, gone the extra mile to make comfortable, remote control beds, stunning shower room, views of the sheep next door and chickens in the garden, wonderful restaurant that makes crepe meals and car inspired decor for extra fun!!!!

Beautiful house, very nice and clean room. The swimming pool was great for an swim. The breakfast was delicious and very well liooked after. Good place to stay while checking out Normandy.
