Very good staff, much appreciated because I was very tired and forgetful! Easy parking. A perfect night sleep and recommendation for a good restaurant nearby. Perfect.

Our room had small terrace, own entrance and was well equipped: coffee machine, fridge, 2 TVs, was even box with games and other stuff for children. Room is clean, furniture is modern and new. Breakfast is typical for all hotels but delicious and restaurant itself is cozy. Quite place. Good location, a lot of small restaurants are nearby but a restaurant of the hotel proposes different dishes for all tastes. Owners as well as the team are very nice, friendly and helpful. We were satisfied and can recommend this family hotel.

We spend the evening/night here on our trip to Italy. We had a nice family room (4 person) and our own balcony. The included breakfast is good. The staff is very firendly and makes you feel very welcome. Unfortunately the weather too rainy to sit outside in the garten, but the restaurent inside is still nive and cozy and a perfect place to enjoy a cold, local Hefeweizen. The hotel is placed in quite surroundings a few minutes drive from A7 and close to Bodensee and the german/austrian border. We can highly recommend this place whether you are just passing through or would like to spend a few nights in the southern Germany.

The room was large with a balcony and the room including the bathroom was very clean. The staff and other guests were friendly and conversational. The small town of Amtzell is very quiet, rural and close to nature.

Great location: a pharmacy, a bank and a Turkish restaurant all in less than 50 meters away. Good breakfast. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with a lot of info about the nearby restaurants where we could eat due to the fact that their own restaurant was closed (we were informed in advance about it).

We had the chance to stay at this wonderful little family owned hotel on the way back to Switzerland from Budapest. Highly recommended 👌

Very comfortable stay, nice rooms and excellent staff. We would recommend to have dinner there as well. We stayed for one night on the way to a ski holiday in Austria. We will come back.

Zum Schloss is a great family hotel located in a charming German village. The communication with Stephanie was very smooth and the amenities/breakfast exceeded our expectations. We will for sure stay there again, if in the area.

Lovely hotel, the rooms are well thought out, comfortable mattress, warm in the room. Breakfast is very tasty.
