Great place to stay, location was fantastic with bus and tram stop just down the road. Johan's was available to ask any question if require otherwise left you to it.

“Heaven on Earth”

“No electricity”
There was no electricity since the first day of the reservation and the owner was unreachable dring the whole weekend, we tried calling several times but no answer... Mediocre breakfast.

Super hospitable host. Thank you very much for the stay. Everything is very homely. There is everything you need. We stayed for one night. There is a refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. There is everything you need for breakfast in the refrigerator: bacon, cheese, juice, butter, and peanut butter. You can also boil eggs. There are many disposable items in the bathroom, including toothbrushes, shaving accessories, a hairdryer, and even hairspray! The location is excellent. The tram is a 4-minute walk away! It runs every 10 minutes. The center of Amsterdam is a 25-minute drive away! The owner is always available! Thank you so much! We definitely recommend it!

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at home. The host was welcoming and kindly allowed an early check-in. The house was cozy, well-equipped and had a calming vibe, full of those little touches that made a big difference. Everything needed for a tasty breakfast was provided, along with a variety of amenities that made my stay comfortable. Located in a lovely, quiet area, this guest house offered one of the most relaxing stays I’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for a warm, personal, and comfortable place to stay, I can’t recommend this guest house enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Quiet and peaceful house by the canal with wild ducks and fauna. Very good provisions eg bread, cereals, chocolate etc Nice place to stay with birds singing in the morning.

The house is really comfortable and has every requirement for a short stay. It is 7 minutes walk + 30 min tram ride to the public transport to reach the city centre. Very quiet area. Nice terrace.
