Fantastic location to go and watch Harry Styles at Johan Cruff stadium...and 20 mins from the airport...beds and pillows comfy Breakfast excellent

The hotel was okay overall and we had a positive experience. The room was clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the walls seemed quite thin, so we could hear people from the neighboring rooms and they woke us up one night. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast was also okay — it could have been a bit better and more varied with more choices, but overall it was still fine. The location was convenient as well. It was quite quick and easy to get from the hotel to the central station, and the tram stop is only about 2–3 minutes away on foot. There is also a grocery store right next to the hotel, which was very practical. All in all, it was a positive experience and we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfest was ok. Some tosts, rolls, meat, scrambled eggs, joghurt, breakfast cereals, coffe. From least obvious things you can get a hot choccolate from the coffe machine.

“Levede helt op til mine forventninger i forhold til pris.”
Their receptionist (Victor) was absolutely fantastic. Really good at his job. He made you feel very welcome, with his friendly nature and was very attentive to his guests' needs and if there was anything he could do to make it better. He was incredibly good at quickly explaining how their tram works and showed us how to get around the city center. He exuded someone who really enjoyed his job and was the perfect host.

“7 Wonderful stay”
The reception staff, the Spanish gentleman and the Spanish lady, along with the Moldovan lady, were extremely kind and professional. They treated us like family, with their warm smiles, heartfelt welcome, excellent service, and quick response. They made the place even more beautiful for us and provided an unforgettable experience. If there were a rating higher than 10, we would gladly give it. We will definitely book again many times. Our highest respect and appreciation for your outstanding efforts.

The girl at reception was amazing, vey helpful, friendly👍👍👍She made my stay more comfortable, because it was cold in a room and she brought a hitter to my apartment. P.S. Please, appreciate your staff, they are incredible 🙂🙌

We stayed at this hotel with friends over the weekend, and we absolutely loved it! The hotel is wonderful: clean, beautiful, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The location is perfect, and the breakfasts were delicious. There are so many pros and honestly no cons. Special thanks to Oleksandra at the reception. She is incredible! So kind and welcoming, she went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everything was perfect. If we return to Amsterdam, we will definitely stay only at this hotel! ❤️
