Great location for transiting between places. Located at bus terminal & train station. Very quick & easy to get into centre of Amsterdam. Gen Mgr Jamil & his staff are very customer centric & went above & beyond to make our stay v pleasant. Breakfast is a welcome inclusion: the usual European buffet breakfast which is all you need to get started for the day. Highly recommend hiring bikes at the hotel. This was a highlight of our stay as we got to see & experience Amsterdam almost like locals! Great value, friendly staff & location are all unbeatable for a short stay.

Due to a technical problem I paid twice at the reception for the same reservation, once through booking and once at the hotel reception. I hope it will be resolved and I will recover the extra money paid.

“Comfortable and great location.”
Its location was very good for commuting out and around the city, with the railway station, bus and tram stations within 1 minute walk from the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and even though the transport stations were close, wasn’t very noisy when window was closed. Breakfast had a good variety and loved the timings given for when busy quieter etc

“Overall fine stay”
Excellent location! Just next to the train station so we were able to easily travel by train, metro, tram or bus within a 5 min walk. Breakfast had a good selection and for my gluten free breakfast they had gluten free bread and cornflakes, not a lot of options for lactose free milks but there were plenty of food options without dairy as well. The room was fine but the bed was very soft. There was no fridge in the room but the staff was so kind and helpful. Loved the security at the hotel.
