Our stay at Flo's was for a special trip to celebrate my mums 70th birthday and it exceeded all expectations. Flo's apartment provides a large amount of space in comparison to other places to stay, whilst being amazing value for money. Every possible thing you may need has been well thought out, provided and done to a high standard, reflected in the product and appliances range... a place with personality! The location is perfect, a quiet neighbourly area which is perfect if you want to be away from the busy city area. There was range of choice for food and drink, including bars all within walking distance. My only suggestion would be the the viol separating the adjacent apartments could offer more privacy with the addition of adding an optional blackout for guests to use, especially in the evening - Albeit after meeting Flo and her son, we felt more comfortable. We took the recommendation for brunch at Moodys and it was great, lovely staff and welcoming - Which most places in Jordaan were including the people. I couldn't recommend the stay enough and would book again. I would also add that Flo was on hand and replied to whatsapps promptly and a big thank you to Flo and son for such a welcoming stay. We visited everywhere we would have liked, including Keukenhof.

“Perfect weekend in Amsterdam”

Whole layout and concept was amazing, felt at home immediately . Location excellent, 3 mins to tram or a 20 minute walk to more central areas with plenty of bars and cafes within a 5 minute walking distance. Owner Flo was very friendly and welcoming

Great location, love the bathroom. Thank you so much Flo, after being awake travelling for 36 hours it was a lovely space to arrive in.

The property was in an excellent location and was very well designed for a family of four. The sleeping arrangements were cute and catering facilities were top notch. Flo greeted us when we arrived and explained everything and was available for any issues. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

Beautiful and spacious, it was a lovely place to chill after being out and about. Location was awesome, short walk to the tram stops and a ton of good food around. Don't miss out the street market if you're there on the weekend. Flo was most warm and hospitable, from the time of booking to the time we left.

Flo’s apartment is so nice and made us feel like home while traveling. It had everything you could possibly need including washer and dryer. The location was great. Close to everything but away from the noise and crowds.

Beautiful, comfortable and wonderfully practical space for a family traveling to Amsterdam. Flo is a great hostess and the location is very convenient.

Spacious apartment, in a great area, just around the corner are a selection of restaurants and cafés, walking distance from the station and all the main attractions. Flo was very welcoming and provided some local tips such as bike hire, coffee shops and restaurants there was also a selection of teas coffee's and toiletries available for us to use.

This is a fabulous apartment in a great location. 20mins to the centre and the area itself is lovely with great restaurants/bars not touristy. The photos on the website are accurate. Great facilities, spotless and fab, quirky decor. Comfy beds, great shower. Flo was there to meet us and answered questions we had, she's a lovely lady and very welcoming. She provided some refreshments as we arrived very late which was very kind, nothing seemed too much trouble. We were very relaxed there and pleased we chose this place.

Great location, stylish & super well equipped - it’s the little things such as good quality hand soaps / hair products etc. Also pet friendly.

Loads of space and very clean. Flo was really helpful at check in and also when we thought we might have left something behind! The location was perfect for us and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing!

“Wonderful, perfect, a fantastic base from which to explore”

Flo’s is fabulous, big sofa area, fantastic huge window facing onto a lovely view of the canal. We loved the decor : so cool plus everything is really well stocked and thought through from the lavender sachets under our pillows to the selection of teas… plus you are just round the corner from great bars and restaurants and a short walk right into the centre.

Super friendly & attentive host, fully equipped apartment (kitchen utensils, spices, speaker etc) with gorgeous Aesop products throughout. Quirky interior and plenty room for the 4 of us (4 singles & a double). Location is approx 20 mins walk to dam square. Flo allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment as we had a late flight, which was really kind and saved us our dragging bags around. 100% recommend

Lovely big spacious studio apartment, perfect for the three of us. Beautifully designed, Flo has thought of everything, including a well-stocked pantry. Great location, as in the heart of Jprdaan and wonderful to walk out on Saturday morning into the Lindengracht market.

The design and organisation of all facilities - including kitchen, bathroom, kids loved the bunk bed set up, laundry, in very fine detail. Nice homely feel and most personal needs can be met with the equipment provided. Lots of space in the bathroom to store things and natural light unlike many hotel rooms! Lovely polite host.
