I had two separate reservations for a longer stay at this hotel. Although I did not request a room change, the staff told me they would move me to a better room. Based on that information, I packed all my belongings and changed rooms. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and definitely not an upgrade. The most frustrating issue was with the payment process. Even though my company had already paid for the reservation, the hotel charged my personal credit card again without my knowledge. I had to spend nearly an hour at the reception explaining that no additional payment was required. The staff repeatedly insisted that the booking had not been paid. Eventually, they admitted that they had made a mistake, but the refund process took almost one month to complete. While the location and facilities were acceptable, the room change and payment handling created unnecessary stress and significantly affected my overall experience.

Room was large a clean and the bathroom was lovely - had a fridge that was handy. A great bar that was friendly and lovely food, there is also a very handy help yourself shop - great for when you get back late and want a drink/snack.

Everything was smooth. The hotel is well-located in a very beautiful area in Amsterdam and foot distance from the Zuid station, also from the Amstelpark. The room is big, comfy, with a relaxing view, the toilet was clean, the shower worked very well and there's good quality shampoo/conditioner/soap.

Hotel is very good in predictable business style. Staff pleasant and helpful. The location, Amsterdam-Zuid, is a windy wasteland of office blocks. Nowhere to eat on a weekend, not even a supermarket open. Luckily there is good public transport to centre.

Kind and helpful service in the reception, good gym, great breakfast with plenty of varying options and wide opening hours. Easy to reach by train from the airport, the train goes every 7 minutes also late at night.
