Beautifully designed, compact space. Good travel connections into Amsterdam Central Station & the city (easy to get to the Rijksmuseum & Van Gogh). John Paul was very friendly & welcoming.

The property was so well kept and such a standard I now want to live on a boat. Welcome gifts like a bottle of bubbly and a couple cans of Heineken in the fridge were a lovely touch even from two non drinkers the thought is clearly there for their guests. Jacuzzi, sauna and steam shower worked brilliantly and the two videos that were provided when we first arrived to show how to operate came in very handy! Nice little iPad set up by the jacuzzi, Sonos speaker and candles around the boat made for a really relaxing evening.

The overall comfort of the accommodation, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was ideal. The luxury room would appear to be even better.

Could not recommend enough ! The best hospitality I’ve ever received . The property was spectacular and extremely clean . Amenities were next level , not to mention the bed was to dream for even tho it may look small in the photo it was huge ! And you’ll sink right in it . John was eager to make sure I enjoyed my experience and I sure know where I will be booking in future visits to Amsterdam , host turnt freind ! Even a bottle of bubbly to welcome !

The area is easy to get to via public transport bus and rail, the room is excellent, spacious, well laid out and well designed. The hot tub and sauna are an excellent addition and are easy to use and enjoy. JP is a very nice, friendly and interesting host and has a beautiful friendly 4 legged friend to boot!

Loved the location, felt far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to a cute neighbourhood with cafes and bars and easy access via tram into the centre. Boat was so cool, felt very modern inside and finished to a high standard. Room had lots of nice little touches. Felt very safe and secure and loved looking out of the sky view window. Host was very friendly and made me feel very welcome - he and his dog are lovely!

The host is incredibly helpful and polite, and has obviously put a lot of time, energy and expense into this business. The accommodation was well appointed and clean, and very quiet and peaceful. It was in a good location a short trip outside the main city but a 5 minute walk from the tram stop which will take you directly into the city in 15 mins.

Nice spot away from the city noise but close to go on the bycicles. 10/10
