Paulo was an incredible host. So lovely and helpful. He cooks up a great breakfast. I have nothing bad to say. I was so sad to leave and I can’t wait to come back. Located very centrally too!

The listing was very misleading. It gives the impression of a beautiful apartment with a canal view, but the room is actually in the basement. It is very damp, with a noticeable smell of mold. The ventilation system is located right above the bed, is extremely noisy, and cannot be turned off.

A perfect stay in a wonderful location. The room had everything we needed and our host Christian (who stood in for Paulo) was so kind, welcoming and gave us a delicious breakfast and great conversation. A wonderful stay. Thank you :)

Loved the location in a downstairs room in a canal house. It was clean and tidy and was close to transport and great restaurants and cafes. Our host Paulo was knowledgeable and helpful when we needed advice on transport options and places to visit.

The host Paulo is very friendly, and the experience was very easy from start to finish. The booking process was very simple and the provided instructions for check-in were very detailed. Paulo provided a delicious breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs cooked to your liking. He had great recommendations for what to check out in the city. The location was also fantastic and very central to the main attractions Amsterdam has to offer - 20 min. walk to Anne Frank House, 15 min. walk to Heineken Experience, etc. There are also great restaurants, bars, and coffeeshops within a 1-2 mile radius of the B&B. The room was clean and perfect for our 3-day stay.

Amazing place for couples, Paulo was so accommodating nothing to big or to small, room was spacious and ever so clean, bed was comfy, everything worked as it should, breakfast made by Paulo himself he went the extra mile, made us smile and made us feel like family, i haven't got a bad word to say! As soon as he has a booking available we will be booking again. So again Paulo thank you soo much for making our first stay abroad together the best 👌 👍 xx

Paolo is an awesome host. Room was clean, breakfast was perfect. Location is nice, just 10 mins with tram. Even there is no view, I did not care as I used room just for sleeping. Bathroom was new and clean. Room was warm, heater was working fine. Thank you pal 👍🏼

the location was amazing. my partner and I were working/studying abroad - the space is not enough if you both have calls. however as the location was so central and convenient, we were able to go to different cafes and work spaces, such as the OBA public library that Paulo kindly recommended the best part about the property was Paulo. He really made the stay - such an attentive, thoughtful and accommodating person. Breakfast upstairs each day was such a lovely experience for my partner and I, we miss the vibes already! Couldn’t recommend the property more.
