The hotel ambience is good and cozy. The room was huge. It had a kitchen with almost everything you need to cook your food if required. The food was good, though the menu was limited. The bathroom was spacious, but it was connected to the bedroom without a door. I think that will be inconvenient for guests with children, but on the other hand, it adds a good personality to the room for solo travellers or couples.

The hotel was very nice. The room, reception and hall areas was super cozy and very comfortable. i Really liked how you had to use the keycard to get in to the different hallways on the floors. Made you feel really safe. The staff was also super sweet and very helpfull.

The room was not cleaned properly on arrival, the toilet was very dirty, there were no soap or shower gel left in the bottles. We asked for cleaning 3 times but they said they were short on staff. We also asked for another blanket which we didn't recieve, and when we asked for towels we had to go get them ourselves with a person working in the reception.

I stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned the room despite the request being presented 2 times via the online form every guest has available through a tablet located in the room and in person at the reception. Even after being told personally, they failed in cleaning the room and let only a set of clean towels on the bed, despite I specified I needed the room cleaned and there was and online request submitted the night before. Totally disappointing.
