Really enjoyed its location in the city center where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well.

“Horrible experience”

First of all , when I called after reaching Amritsar to this hotel to confirm the location no response they are keeping call on hold making fool. There is no proper location for this property , you won’t be able to find the hotel on given address. It was late night , I was struggling to find the hotel .

All good and there are several types of rooms available in this hotel also they was provided room according your booking amount when you have created low amount booking then they provided to small room.

Room is small and some rooms are very clean but some are very dusty washrooms not clean also air conditioner was not working properly as well as this hotel staff do not gave importance to oyo customers.

They do not gave importance to online booking specifically from oyo. When i visit this property then they do not gave me check in and they took extra money for check in. Day time staff was corporated but night time staff was very rude. I do not prefer to travellers to visit in this hotel.

“Very bad hotel with arrogant staff”

First of all i want to tell you that staff of this hotel is so rude. I booked room in this hotel and they said they don't have any room then i showed my confirmation mail to that staff but still he refused to give me room .i went late and he said if you want room then you need to pay extra he want me to pay 1500 for per night .i called in coustomer care but he refused to talk to customer care executive as well .so i was frustrated at that time .i paid almost double amount to that guy. I would like to give you a suggestion that please remove this hotel from your list otherwise many people will face same situation
